Who Am I ?
Natasha Russell, LMT
I am a Bath, Maine native. I now reside in Topsham with my husband and our five children.
I have always felt a calling to helping and serving others. Several years ago while becoming certified in AromaTouch therapy I found a pull towards body work.
I am a 2020 graduate from Zardus School of Massage. Since completing 600 hours of state accredited training, I have been blessed in my journey to have experienced many different modalities of massage.
While I am always seeking ways to enhance my abilities, I am excited to be able to offer Swedish Massage, AromaTouch Therapy, cupping, and Dermoneuromodulation (DNM) techniques. I look forward to helping you feel great mind, body and soul.

My mission is to help assist you in your healing. I want you to leave your session feeling stronger and healthier.
My upmost priority is your overall health. I will always customize your session to what you need most and what works best for you.
What to Expect
Each session includes full body work, using steady pressure with a relaxing flow. Paying special attention to problematic areas such as head, neck, shoulders and lower back.
Any accommodations needed: pillows, bolsters, side lying and even choice of music is all available to the client.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the value of everyone's time, please be considerate when it comes to needing to cancel your appointment.
If on the day of your appointment you do not feel well, please advise as soon as possible of cancelation. Due to illness you will not be charged.
If you cancel your appointment in less than 24hrs of your scheduled session you will be charged 50% of the session cost.
If you do not show up to your appointment and do not cancel in the appropriate amount of time you will be charged the full rate of your session.
These cancelation fees will be collected before the start of your next session.
Your time and energy is important, just as mine is.
Life happens and things can change that are beyond our control and that is completely understood, but please take the time to connect with me as soon as possible, if you find you need to reschedule prior to your scheduled session.
